Welcome to The SKBs — an independent UK-based music project built on experience, collaboration, and a shared love of great songs.

We’re not a traditional band. We’re a collective of musicians, writers, and performers who come together to create honest, melodic rock with a touch of Americana. No hype, no egos — just real people, making music.

The music

Our debut album, Where This Leads Us, introduced the SKBs sound — thoughtful songwriting, strong melodies, and performances from some seriously talented musicians. It’s a record that’s been finding its audience steadily, with listeners across the UK, US, and beyond.

We’re now building momentum towards our second album, The Next Stop, a more focused and confident step forward. The new material leans further into rock and country influences, while keeping the honesty and warmth that define what we do.

Recent releases have already picked up national radio support, including airplay on Planet Rock, with thanks to Elles Bailey for featuring our music on her show.

We’ve also had support and recognition from Alan Cross, helping introduce our music to a wider international audience.

Live shows

We’ve just wrapped up our first run of live dates — and what a start it’s been.
Two nights, sold out crowds, and a room full of people singing along with us. We couldn’t have asked for more.

These shows were always about seeing if the songs connected outside the studio… and the answer was a pretty clear yes.

We’re already looking at more dates across the UK, and if things keep heading the way they are, a few trips into Europe might not be too far behind.

For now — a huge thank you to everyone who came down, bought a ticket, had a chat, or just stood there and listened. It genuinely means a lot.
